Room rates are per person and night for a stay of at least 3 overnights – 6 overnights during holidays – in a double room inclusive of Garden Full Board, 10 % VAT. They can eventually vary due to the period (please check the rates online) or to law changes. Does not include local tax of € 2,00 per person and night for the first 7 overnights (subject to modifications and amendments).

REDUCTION (DIRECT BOOKING):
• Children in their parents’ room: up to 3 years of age: free; 4 – 10 years of age: 30 % reduction; from 11 years of age: 20 % reduction.
• Half Board € 6,00 (meals that are not taken, are not deducted from the hotel bill)

ADDITIONAL CHARGE (DIRECT BOOKING):
• Single room per overnight: Suite € 40,00, Junior Suite € 30,00, Superior, Comfort and Basic: € 11,00
• Check-out at departure: 12 p.m.; Late check-out, if possible, with additional charge
• Garage: € 7,00 per day (24 hours video remote control)
• Small size dogs: € 10,00 per day (including final cleaning with disinfections, pets are not allowed in the restaurant and in the spa area)
• Room service, € 5,00 per service
• For specific menus, in case of food allergies: prior communication in a timely manner, our kitchen team will prepare a reduced specific menu without extra charge.

Cancellation policy, no show and early departure (for groups and meetings please ask for separate policy):
• until 72 h before arrival: cancellation free of charge – less than 72 h before arrival: 70 % of the booked stay will be charged
no show: 70 % of the booked stay will be charged – early departure: 70 % of the booked stay will be charged
