Subject of the contract and purchase conditions
The contract for the purchase of value vouchers and/or service vouchers is concluded with Hotel Garden SPA and is finalized upon payment of the gift voucher.
Order
Orders are placed in the voucher shop on our website and paid by credit card or bank transfer. The paid voucher will be sent by email and can be printed immediately. Please print this email as your reference. All of our vouchers have an alphanumeric code to identify them, which is required to redeem the voucher. The customer is solely responsible for the storage and handling of the original voucher. No liability is accepted for any misuse of the voucher. In the event of loss, theft or improper use of vouchers, the amount cannot be refunded.
Prices and products
Purchased vouchers cannot be redeemed in cash, either partially or in full. In the case of value vouchers, should the consumption be less than the value of the voucher, the beneficiary will be able to use the remaining amount at a later time. Service vouchers are not divisible and can therefore only be used in a single transaction. The voucher is only valid once the payment of the full amount due is completed. The validity period of value vouchers is 2 years. The validity period of service vouchers is 1 year. Services and packages may change during the validity period and/or may differ from the information stated on the voucher.
Right of withdrawal
Vouchers that do not meet your expectations may be cancelled. The written notice of withdrawal must be sent to garden@gardenterme.it within 14 days from the date of issue. The claim to the right of withdrawal can not be enforced if the service from the ordered voucher has already commenced within this period.
